Meetings go in as noise. They come out as architecture.
MeetArchy reads a recording, call or a pile of notes and drafts the whole set of deliverables your team needs — mind maps, decks, video summaries, action plans and reports — in minutes.
Most AI tools stop at a transcript. MeetArchy delivers the finished work — the deck, the video, the mind map, the action plan and the report. You bring the recording, so nothing ever joins your calls uninvited.
The Canvas — an interactive preview of every artifact
Switch the artifact. Same meeting, one source of truth — five ways to use it.
If a person could reconstruct the meeting from it, so can MeetArchy.
No templates to fill and no manual tagging. Hand over the raw material in whatever form you already have it.
[00:11] sam: ok so um... i think we ship the beta by — august? the 15th maybe [00:13] lee: wait, who's owning the api cost thing? it's gonna blow the budget [00:14] sam: uh, ana can cap it before launch. and we said we'd hire a PM, right [00:16] lee: yeah a PM. and someone has to draft the spec — kim? [00:17] sam: kim, yeah. timeline slips if hiring drags though... [00:19] lee: risk is scope creep too, let's keep it tight
Drag — the same six minutes, before and after MeetArchy.
Video calls
A recording from Zoom, Google Meet or Teams. MeetArchy transcribes and separates speakers automatically.
Audio files
Any standalone audio — an in-person meeting, a voice memo, an interview — across languages.
Raw notes
Half-finished notes typed during the call. The studio fills the structure around them.
Chat logs
A pasted Slack or Teams thread where the real decisions actually happened.
A studio of specialist agents, not one general model.
Each agent owns one craft and hands off to the next — the division of labor a real content studio uses to keep quality high.
| Ref | Agent | Responsibility | Hand-off |
|---|---|---|---|
| A/01 | Transcriber | Turns audio and video into an accurate, speaker-labeled transcript across languages. | Input → text |
| A/02 | Architect | Separates decisions, actions and risks from noise and maps the true structure of the discussion. | Text → structure |
| A/03 | Writer | Drafts summaries, slide copy, video scripts and the report, with A/B variants of key lines. | Structure → copy |
| A/04 | Designer | Composes the mind map, deck and video layout so the output looks made, not generated. | Copy → visuals |
| A/05 | Brand keeper | Applies your logo, colors and tone of voice, and checks every artifact stays on brand. | Visuals → brand |
| A/06 | Editor | Coordinates the hand-offs and takes your chat edits, re-running only what changed. | Orchestrates all |
Artifacts — one meeting, five finished outputs
A structure you can navigate
The whole discussion as linked topics, decisions and open threads — connected the way they really were in the room, not a flat list.
Every commitment, with an owner
Each task pulled out with an owner, a priority and a due date, so nothing agreed in the meeting quietly disappears afterward.
A deck you can send upward
Key outcomes laid out as a clean presentation — ready to share without reformatting a single slide.
The outcome in a minute
A tight 30 to 120 second recap for everyone who could not attend — the result without the rewatch.
A record that holds up
A full written document — notes, a report or a spec — structured, searchable and consistent with the rest of the set.
Built for teams that live in meetings
Every decision, tracked
Turn planning and sprint reviews into an action plan with owners and dates — then push the tasks straight into Jira, Linear or Asana.
Client-ready before you leave
Walk out of the workshop with a branded recap deck and a written summary — your logo, your colors, no cleanup.
Nobody misses the room
A 60-second video recap and a shared mind map keep async teams and new hires aligned across time zones.
Export to PowerPoint, Google Slides, Notion, Markdown and PDF — and push action items to Jira, Asana or Linear.
See the product, not a promise.
MeetArchy isn’t a transcript in a PDF. Every meeting becomes a workspace — artifacts you open, edit in plain English and archive. The editor below is real: pick a change and watch the A/06 Editor redraw only what moved.

A “meeting” is any single recording up to 2 hours — or the notes and chat from it — counted as one unit. Go over your monthly count and extra meetings are billed at a flat per-meeting rate, with no surprise tiers. During the private beta, approved teams get an extended free allowance while we tune quality.
A consultant spends roughly three hours turning a workshop into a client-ready deck. MeetArchy does it in about four minutes — the Team plan pays for itself on the first meeting each week.
Join the private beta.
MeetArchy is opening to a limited set of teams. Tell us how you run meetings — our team reviews every request and approved teams get an invite by email.
What can I feed it?
Zoom, Meet or Teams recordings, audio files, raw notes or a pasted chat log. Whatever form the meeting already exists in.
How long does it take?
Two to five minutes for most meetings. Each artifact arrives as it finishes, not in one batch at the end.
Can I edit the output?
Yes — everything is editable, and you can adjust anything in a chat. The editor agent re-runs only what your change affects.
How is our data handled?
Recordings and transcripts are processed for your workspace only and never used to train shared models. Business plans add SSO and a signed DPA.
