Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of MeetArchy, a product operated by MEET AI, INC. (“we”, “us”). By requesting access to or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your organization.

1. The service

MeetArchy turns meeting inputs you provide into generated artifacts. During the private beta, features, limits and availability may change, and the service is provided on an “as available” basis.

2. Your content & responsibilities

• You retain all rights to the content you upload and the artifacts generated for you.
• You are responsible for having the right to record and process each meeting, including obtaining any consent required from participants under applicable law.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use MeetArchy to violate law, infringe rights, upload unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

4. Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. A “meeting” is a single recording up to two hours (or the notes/chat from it). Overage is billed at the stated flat per-meeting rate. Beta allowances are described at sign-up and may differ from published limits.

5. AI output

Generated artifacts may contain errors. Review outputs before relying on them for decisions. You are responsible for how you use them.

6. Warranties & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Changes & termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
