This policy explains what data MeetArchy, a product operated by MEET AI, INC. (“we”, “us”), collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to meetarchy.ai and the MeetArchy application.
Meeting content is processed solely to produce your artifacts and operate your workspace. We never use your meeting content to train shared or third-party AI models. Account and usage data are used to provide, secure and improve the service and to contact you about your account.
We rely on performance of a contract (to provide the service), legitimate interests (to secure and improve it), and consent where required. If you are in the EEA/UK, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.
We share data only with vetted sub-processors (cloud hosting, AI inference, email) under data-protection agreements, and never sell personal data. A current sub-processor list is available on request.
You control retention. You can delete any recording, transcript or artifact at any time; deletion is permanent and propagates to backups within 30 days. Closing your account removes workspace content within 30 days, except where law requires longer.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), workspace data is logically isolated, and access is restricted and logged. See our Security page.
Where data is transferred outside your region, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
