Security

Meetings are among the most sensitive data a company holds. Security is built into how MeetArchy — operated by MEET AI, INC. — is designed and run.

Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2+ and at rest with AES-256. Encryption keys are managed by our cloud provider’s KMS with restricted access.

Isolation & access

• Each workspace’s content is logically isolated.
• Internal access follows least privilege, requires SSO and MFA, and is logged and reviewed.
• Your meeting content is never used to train shared or third-party models.

Compliance

MeetArchy is built to GDPR standards and offers a signed DPA to Business customers. A SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress; status and reports are available under NDA on request.

Data retention & deletion

You control retention. Delete any recording, transcript or artifact at any time — deletion is permanent and propagates to backups within 30 days.

Sub-processors

We use a small set of vetted sub-processors (cloud hosting, AI inference, transactional email) under data-protection agreements. A current list is available on request.

Reporting a vulnerability

Found an issue? Email security@meetarchy.ai. We investigate every report and will not pursue good-faith researchers.
