Data Processing Agreement

For customers who need a signed DPA (for example, to satisfy GDPR Article 28), MeetArchy offers a standard Data Processing Agreement that forms part of the Terms of Service. This page summarizes it; the countersigned document governs.

Roles

You are the data controller for the meeting content you submit; MeetArchy — operated by MEET AI, INC. — acts as data processor and processes it only on your documented instructions to provide the service.

Scope of processing

• Subject matter: provision of the MeetArchy service.
• Data: meeting recordings, audio, notes, chat logs, transcripts, generated artifacts, and associated account data.
• Duration: for the term of your subscription and the retention period you choose.

Our commitments

• Process personal data only per your instructions and applicable law.
• Ensure personnel are bound by confidentiality.
• Apply the technical and organizational measures described in our Security page.
• Engage sub-processors only under equivalent obligations, with notice of changes.
• Assist with data-subject requests, breach notification, and DPIAs.
• Delete or return personal data on termination, per your instruction.

International transfers

Where applicable, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures.
